Heather Clem and Bubba the Love Sponge

Before meeting Todd Alan Clem, more commonly known as Bubba the Love Sponge, Heather was in a relationship with an unknown man in 2005. She also has a daughter named Julia.

At the end of 2006, she started dating Bubba. Heather and Bubba dated for a few months and finally tied the knot.

Heather and Todd were married in January 2007 at the First Baptist Church in St. Petersburg, Florida.

The couple lived together happily until 2011, when they separated in March. Bubba officially filed for divorce from Heather in September of that year, citing that the marriage was "irretrievably broken and should be dissolved."

In 2007, Heather and Bubba signed a prenuptial agreement that stated their properties would be divided in the event of a divorce.

The agreement also included a clause that forbade either party from "interfering with, annoying, molesting or harassing the other party or disparaging the other party in public."

Bubba is required to give Heather a total of $1,150 per month settlement in 56 months, plus a one-time payment of $20,000, including an unspecified sum to Heather's IRA account.

Heather's ex-husband, Todd Alan Clem, most commonly known as Bubba the Love Sponge, is a native of Indiana. He hosts The Bubba the Love Sponge radio show, which airs on WWBA in Tampa, Florida.

Bubba studied at Indiana State University to become a dentist but dropped out of school and became a radio host. He has worked at many radio stations, including WXTB, WFLZ, Howard 101, and more. Additionally, he has his own company called Bubba Radio Network.

Heather Clem Affair with Hulk Hogan

Heather and Hulk Hogan were filmed having sex in 2006. At the time, Heather was in a relationship with Bubba the Love Sponge, Hulk's best friend.

During the trial, Heather and Hulk claimed they were unaware they were being recorded. The videotape was released by Gawker, a New York-based website, on October 4, 2012.

Heather said that her ex-husband Bubba filmed her while she was with Hogan. She said that Bubba told her to go to the bedroom, and she did.

When Cole found the tape, she asked her husband to have it destroyed, but it wasn't.

Heather can be heard in the video saying something about the couple doing their thing. This was testified after Hulk filed a lawsuit against Heather, then sued the owner of Gawker, Nick Denton, for violating his privacy.

After the trial, Bubba apologized to Hulk, and juries later awarded $149 million for Hulk's privacy.

Bubba Clem invoked the Fifth Amendment and later refused to testify in the trial. Heather and Hulk settled the lawsuit for $5,000.
