Keeping in mind, and the fact that watch is the only non-interrupting accessory that won’t be a hindrance, these new-age smartwatches are designed to keep your bodies in check. There are several ‘advanced health’ watches that give you better hold on your health and fitness.
One of the emerging features is a body temperature sensor on these smartwatches. As the name suggests, it checks the temperature of your body at regular intervals and keeps you informed of the changes.
This feature is especially useful to track whether you’re getting hotter and are about to get a fever or whether your body is changing and the menstrual cycle is about to start. In some ways, a feature like this on a watch can help you stay prepared for otherwise unforeseen circumstances.
Usually, watches that come with a body temperature monitor are also embedded with other health and fitness tracking features such as a calorie counter, step counter, pedometer, heart rate monitor and even small things like sweat levels and sleep cycles.
Each smartwatch is unique in its own way and is made to serve a purpose. If you’re looking for a watch with a body temperature sensor, surely you’d with watches integrated with other features that suit your lifestyle as well.
In this article, you’ll find a well-researched list of watches with multiple features that are centered around two things — your lifestyle goals and one non-negotiable thing, the body temperature monitor.

What is a Smart Watch with a Temperature Sensor?
Health and Fitness Monitoring: Some smartwatches can measure the wearer's body temperature to provide insights into their overall health and well-being. This data can be useful for monitoring trends in body temperature, which can sometimes indicate illness or other health issues.
Environmental Monitoring: The temperature sensor in a smartwatch can also be used to display the current ambient temperature. This can be helpful for outdoor enthusiasts, athletes, or anyone who wants to keep an eye on the weather conditions.
Wellness and Comfort: In some cases, smartwatches with temperature sensors can help users maintain a comfortable environment by providing information about the temperature around them. This can be particularly beneficial during extreme weather conditions.

One of the main highlights of the QS16 Pro that I found to be quite promising is the body temperature tracker which in my opinion is quite accurate and keeps a record of real-time changes in your core temp.
